PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy describes Orange's policies on the collection, use and
disclosure of information about you in connection with the use of the Orange mobile application owned and controlled by the Company. The Company is an intermediary service delivery platform that provides targeted services to facilitate the connection of taxi drivers with customers. To
provide the services, we ask for some personal information that is displayed
in the Application. By using the service available on our Application, you agree
to our collection, use and disclosure of information about you, as
described in this Privacy Policy. Through our Orange Application, the
Company provides and acts as an intermediary e-commerce marketplace, facilitating the connection of taxi drivers with end users.
It is a platform for domestic consumers to carry out transactions with
outsourced drivers, who have access to the Application. The Company does not
provide any services to users other than providing the market as a
platform for transactions at your own risk, and other services that
may be specifically notified in writing. The Company is not and cannot be a party to any transaction between the taxi driver and the customer, or have any control, involvement or influence over the services received by you from such third-party sellers/taxi drivers. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised Privacy Policy on this page. Such changes will take effect upon publication. In
all respects, by using the Application, you agree to comply with the terms
of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy comes into effect on January 1, 2023 and continues until revoked by the Company.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Your privacy is important to you and us. We will protect the
information you share with us. To protect your privacy, the
Application follows different principles in accordance with global customer privacy and data protection practices.
1.2. We at the Company are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal
Information ”) that you share with us. For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Information means any information that can be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, first and last name, home or other physical address, and email address or other contact information, whether at work or home. In general, you can visit the Application's web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If, however, Personal Information is
disclosed to us, we will not sell or give any content of your
Personal Information to anyone except persons who may be involved
in providing the service.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
2.1. When you visit the Application or use our Service, we collect and
store information about you, your mobile device and your activities.
This information may include, but is not limited to:
2.2.1. The IP address of your mobile device; technical information about your
mobile device (such as device type, web browser, or operating system).
2.2.2. Your mobile device's unique identification number (when
available), the geographic location of your mobile device (specific geographic location if you have enabled the collection of this information or general geographic location automatically).
2.2.3. Your provided full name, email address, phone number, and
any other information you may provide with your account.
2.2.4. How long have you used our service and what features have you used.
2.2. We collect information from members and guests who sign up for the
various Services that our Application offers. Includes, among others, email address, first name, last name, user-specified password and telephone number. We collect information primarily to ensure that we can
meet your needs and offer a personalized experience.
3. NOTICE
We will ask you when we need information that identifies you
personally or allows us to contact you. Typically, this
information is requested when you create a registration or login ID in the
Application.
4. CONSENT AND INFORMATION SHARING
Information collected from our users or visitors is shared
with Company members and stakeholders, namely: customers, users
third parties, companies, employees, stakeholders and other experts who are part of the Orange community network. All information you
provide to us is maintained with the utmost care and security.
We are also required to cooperate fully if a situation arises in which
we are required by law or legal process to provide information about
a client.
5. ACCESS
5.1. We will provide you with the means to ensure that your Personal Information
is correct and up to date. You can review and update this information
at any time in the login section. There, you can: view and edit the
personal information you have already provided to us; let us know if you want us to send you marketing information; sign up to receive electronic
newsletters about our services and products.
5.2. Service providers must upload to the Application, documents
relating to the service provider's contact details, proof of
identity, skill or competence, including terms and conditions of
service providers, which must be visible to customers. Service providers agree that uploaded documents will be available for customers to download for their own reference.
6. SAFETY
6.1. The Application has taken strong measures to protect the security of your
personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use
are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. You also have a significant role in protecting your
information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing
your username and password, so please do not share them with others.
6.2. However, we do not guarantee that your e-commerce transactions
will be completely safe and secure. When you place orders through
our App and use the online payment gateway service providers (“OPGSPs”) listed on the App, you must ensure that you agree to the
terms and conditions of the aforementioned OPGSPs. The Company will not be responsible if
there is a discrepancy in refund, loss or misuse of
credit card details and hacking of sensitive monetary information.
6.3. The resolution of all payment-related complaints
will remain the responsibility of the OPGSPs involved. Users must
read and agree to the privacy policy and online security framework
of the respective OPGSPs listed on the Application before transacting. We are not responsible for any breach of security if an infringement or violation occurs as a result of your access to an OPGSP listed on the Application.
7. NOTICE TO PARENTS
We want to help you protect your children's privacy. We encourage you to
talk to your children about the safe and responsible use of their
personal information when using our Application. By nature, the Application does not publish
harmful, derogatory or pornographic content. However, the Application will not incur any liability if your children provide us with any Personal Information without parental consent. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, please contact us at our customer service number. If
we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal
Information without parental consent, we take steps to remove that
information and terminate the user's or service provider's account.
8. COOKIES
When you visit our Application, we may place “cookies” on your cell phone
to recognize you. We do this to store your preferences, collect
statistical data and track your use of our Service. Cookies are
widely used and most web browsers are initially set
to accept cookies automatically. If you prefer not to accept
cookies, you can adjust and configure your Web
browser settings accordingly. However, if you disable cookies or refuse to accept a
request to place a cookie, some features and services of the Application
may not function properly.
9. WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE
9.1. When you join us, you provide us with your contact information,
including your name, telephone number and email address. We use this
information to help you connect with the right audience, i.e. users
of services provided and vice versa.
9.2. We will disclose your Personal Information, without notice, only if
required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is
necessary to:
9.2.1. Comply with legal regulations or comply with legal proceedings initiated in the
Application;
9.2.2. Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and
9.2.3. Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of
Company users or the public.
10. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
10.1. The Company does not rent or sell Personal Information about you to
other persons (except with your consent) or unaffiliated companies
except to provide services you have requested , in the following circumstances:
10.1.1. We provide information to trusted partners, affiliates, industry experts, and professionals (collectively “Service Partners”) only if necessary to improve your service experience. Service Partners may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers and discounts. However,
Service Partners have no independent right to share this
information.
10.1.2. We respond to court orders, legal process, or to establish or
exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
10.1.3. We believe it is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any
person and violations of the terms of use of the Application or as required by law.
10.1.4. We will transfer information about you only if the Company is
acquired by another company or individual. In this case, the Application will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
10.1. 5. We may need to contact you to comply with or cooperate
with a legal request. To do this, we will use the email address you provide. All communications sent by us to this email address
will be deemed to have been communicated to you.
10.2. Disclosure of data to OPGSPs: We may disclose your personal information to OPGSPs for the following purposes:
10.2 .1. To prevent, detect, mitigate and investigate potentially illegal acts,
fraud and/or security breaches, and to assess and manage risks, including
to alert you if fraudulent activities are detected in your
user accounts;
10.2.2. To provide customer services, including to help service your
account or resolve disputes (e.g., billing or transactional disputes);
10.2.3. To facilitate payment card processing when you
pay for our Services with a payment card and we use OPGSPs to
process your payment.
10.3. Disclosure to Service Providers and Institutional Partners
Financial: third-party service providers that help us provide
our services, payment processing services, help us
deliver personalized advertising, to help us prevent, detect,
mitigate and investigate potentially illegal acts, violations of our
User Agreement, fraud and /or security breaches, bill charges, affiliate and rewards programs, co-branded credit cards, and other business operations.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
11.1. We limit access to personal information about you to employees and
interested parties who we believe need to come into contact with that
information to provide products or services to you or to carry out their
work.
11.2. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the laws in force in Mozambique to protect personal information about you.
We seek to ensure compliance with the requirements of technology laws of information applicable from time to time to ensure the protection and
preservation of your privacy. Additionally, we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no
method of transmission over the Internet or mobile device, or method of
electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. YOUR CONSENT
By using the Application, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and to the processing of Personal Information by the Application
for the purposes indicated above, as well as those explained when we at the
Company collect personal information on the Web.
13. PRIVACY POLICY CONCERNS AND COMPLAINT REMEDY MECHANISM
If you have any complaints related to the processing/use of

14. CONTACT INFORMATION
We welcome your comments regarding this privacy statement at the
contact address provided in the Application. If there is any concern
that this Privacy Policy has been violated, we will use commercially reasonable
efforts to resolve the issue. The terms of this Policy
may be changed by us at any time. If you have any questions about
this Policy or the Services we offer, please feel free to contact us.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, all users or visitors to the Application
agree that they have read the terms mentioned in this Privacy Policy and
agree to be bound by them as long as you continue to use the Application
or enjoy the Company Services.
15. PERMISSIONS
We are using the following set of permissions for input purposes only.
These permissions are not used to store any kind of personal
user information.

android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
The above authorizations are used distinctly to capture data from the
camera , examine the status of the phone and read the contacts to examine the
contact subtleties for an emergency call.
Customer information under authorization is adequately secure and permitted by
Google law.

user to accurately track and deliver the service to the customer's doorstep. The location service is used in accordance with the privacy policy of the Google Play Developer Program policies. We do not share any
type of location data or customer information for any additional
features. We guarantee the customer that the delivery is secure and accurate with
privacy under a properly secured authorization and under the law of
Google consents.
